A paddleboard works like a yoga mat, but there’s more challenge involved: You need to have extra balance because you’re floating, which makes the routine harder.
I’ve always found stand-up paddleboard yoga an exciting and unique exercise.
That’s why I invited my friends over at SUP Yo Adventures to our Worcester site…
…So you can try stand-up paddleboarding yoga yourself.
They’re opening spots for their new summer schedule which starts in June. If you’re interested, I’d book right away as they have limited availability:
? Thursday Sunset sessions.
? Friday Sunset sessions.
? Saturday Rise & Shine sessions.
Or, if you want to save…
? Bundle up and get your third class at 50% off—or your fifth class free!
Each class is about an hour and fifteen minutes long. You can book one class, or multiple classes in a row. You can book a sunset paddle or a class with them and try both. And if you bundle up your classes, you can save. If you get three classes, your third one is 50% off. If you get five, the fifth one is free.
In each class, you get a 10-minute on-water and on-land training session, and the rest is practicing yoga on a paddleboard!
If you register, make sure you bring your bathing suit, yoga pants or shorts, a tank or tee, a towel, water (you’ll need it), sunscreen, and sunglasses. Please, no cotton clothes:)
